In addition to Medicare, Destiny accepts most commercial insurance plans, Medicaid,
and Workers Compensation. We take assignment of the claim and bill your insurance
carrier directly. Just confirm with your physician or nurse that you've selected Destiny for your home supplies.
In addition, Destiny will contact patients to review insurance coverage, verify
choice and review usage of products ordered. Call us at 1‐866‐564‐3494 to see if your insurance qualifies.
As a participating Medicare provider, Destiny fills out your claim forms and bills
Medicare and your supplemental insurance company for you. Just call. We keep all
of your information private and secure.
Participating Medicare Suppliers have agreed with the Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services (CMS) to accept assignment for all supplies which means Destiny
accepts Medicare's approved payment in full for all claims.
