wound care supplies to those patients who are required to dress their wounds at
home.
Q. How is Destiny different from other mail order supply companies? A. For
patients with chronic, non-healing wounds, Destiny makes available the most advanced,
state-of-the-art wound dressings on the market today. Unlike other DME suppliers,
our focus is completely on wound care.

- Process your patient's insurance paperwork and claims submissions.
- Follow-up with your patient to ensure delivery, knowledge of how to use the supplies, and get them new
supplies when they need them.
Q. Can you provide service and supplies to Medicaid and Medicare patients? A.
Yes. Destiny Medical Supply is a contracted Medicare provider. We also accept
Medicaid and private insurance. Destiny will contact patients to review insurance
coverage, verify choice and review usage of products ordered.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my wound care supplies? A. We
ship all orders via FedEx and UPS. Once we have verified the insurance coverage,
we will package and send dressings directly to your home. In addition, we notify
your healthcare provider that your products have been shipped.
